Art Deco period side table in solid walnut. It is rare to find "rural" furniture during this period. However, the skyscraper shape of the sides creates a resolutely modernist line. The line of the thin sheathed legs enhances the thinness of the molded top. The shelf is grooved in the crosspieces favoring the line a little more.
