"XIXth Sugar Bowl In Sterling Silver Goldsmith L. Lapar"
Superb and elegant sugar bowl in solid silver from the end of the 19th century. It rests on a beaded shower foot, gadrooned at the bottom and surmounted by a decor of garlands and ribbons above. It has 2 handles simulating intertwined leaves and the whole is topped with a lid decorated with pearls around the edge and fitted with a leaf-decorated grip at the top. Work of the goldsmith Léon LAPAR (1878-1897) for a total weight of 420 gr. Quality work with a beautiful fineness of carving, in excellent state of conservation.
