"Napoleon III Marquetry Tea Table"
Large tea table in rosewood and mahogany, with two trays inlaid with a decor of shell and flowers and foliage in various colored woods. It rests on four curved legs, scalloped belts. Two chiseled bronze handles allow it to be moved. Rich decoration of gilded bronzes such as Falls, clogs. The two plates are surrounded by an ingot mould. In superb condition, re-buffer varnished. Work from the second half of the 19th century.
