Magnificent solid silver coffee pot from the Restoration period with an extremely rare decoration of effigies of an African prince adorned with a tiara ,gold earrings and a wide ceremonial collar. It is generous in size and is hallmarked with the guarantee hallmarks of the first title and the hallmark of the master goldsmith Quentin Baschelet. It is engraved with a pretty cartouche of laurel leaves surrounding a monogram of two intertwined RB initials. It weighs 700 grams.
