Madonna and Child, 17^th century

Virgin is depicted crowned, with long hair that falls in two twirling locks on shoulders. Wearing a long coat, she bears the Infant Jesus on her left arm. Dressed with a long tunic, he holds an orb in his left hand, and lift his right arm in benediction.

The whole is set on a pedestal with a semi-circular frontage edged by a crenelated frieze on its upper part.

Very good condition, sound wood. Right hand of the Virgin is missing, a little ancient repair at statuette base, a few tiny lacks of wood on the pedestal.
