"Arianna Clock, 19th Century"
The sculpture on the clock represents Arianna daughter of King Minos. She fled with Theseus with whom she had fallen in love but was abandoned on the island of Naxos. Arianna is represented before being awakened by Dionisio who will make her his wife. Good condition, a break in the finger of one hand. Old clock, complete to be overhauled. (Reference to ancient Roman art).
