"Rouen Dish "
I offer you this beautiful earthenware dish from Rouen from the 18th century. It sounds very clear, but has some égrenures at the marli. The decor is exceptional, because it is extremely lively with picturesque characters and animals. The architecture is embellished with fine trelliswork and the marli with beautiful lambrequins, foliage, etc. It comes from an old collection created at the end of the 19th century by a deputy from the third republic.
