Pair of imitation terracotta resin medallions of profile portraits of the King and Queen of France Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette after the originals made by Pierre François Léonard Fontaine in 1886 and kept at the Carnavalet Museum. Very nice imitation of terracotta, only the touch shows us that it is a synthetic material. Period last third of the 20th century.
