"Large Oval Mirror, Louis-philippe Period"
Important 19th century oval mirror from the Louis-Philippe period with a structure in wood and stucco gilded with gold leaf, the pediment depicting a large shell flanked by acanthus leaves enlivened with flowering branches, the perimeter of the frame is punctuated an engraved pattern of flowers and foliage extending at the bottom by an apron in the shape of a foliated coat of arms. Original beveled mercury mirror and original parqueted reverse. Good general condition and normal wear. Dimensions: 1 m 32 high X 95 cm wide.
