Pretty little showcase or library in the Louis XV -Louis XVI transition style in rose marquetry and fruitwood with decorations of wreaths of flowers on the doors, draperies, ribbons on the headband. Beautiful trim of gilded bronzes. Lock with its key in working order. Three shelves with marquetry borders. The interior is lined with an old silk just a little worn at the place of the door hook. The doors and sides are glazed. Original Aleppo breccia marble top (small chip at an inconspicuous angle) Period furniture from the end of the 19th century in very good condition.
