"Neo-renaissance Oak Dining Room"
Oak dining room made in the 19th century in the Neo-Renaissance style, comprising a sideboard, a sideboard, an extending table and nine chairs. The sideboard with twisted columns is decorated with an architectural decoration punctuated by columns between the doors in its upper part and supports a broken pediment. We discover on the whole piece of furniture an abundant decoration sculpted in light relief composed of arabesques, hunting trophies and profiles of men dressed in the manner of the Renaissance. We find these same profiles as well as the sculpted decorations of arabesques on the whole of the sideboard. The decoration of the table is not to be outdone and unfolds in particular on its legs taking the form of scrolled columns and whose shafts are squared with a floral checkerboard. The belt is also adorned all around with stylized flowers. Finally, the chairs have a hanging decoration on the back decorated with fleurons and acanthus leaves. There is also a vegetal decoration on the belt.
