"Pair Of Porcelain Subjects Napoleon III Period"
Beautiful pair of romantic subjects in polychrome porcelain dating from the second half of the 19th century, representing a shepherd accompanied by his dog and holding a bouquet of flowers in his hand and a spinner holding a distaff, a sheep lying at his feet. These charming subjects bear the mark of the Letu et Manger porcelain factory installed in Isle Adam (Val d'Oise) between 1854 and 1893. These objects are presented for sale in excellent condition, apart from a regluing of the distaff carried by the shepherdess.
