Maurice Maeterlinck is a Belgian playwright, essayist and poet, born in Ghent, Nobel Prize in 1911. As a poet, he is very influenced by Mallarmé and Symbolism. During the Second World War, he moved to the United States, then to Nice, where he died in 1949; well known for his essays on the life of ants and termites. Very good state.
