Antique French washbasin or sink, made around 1900 by Etablissements Porcher/Paris-Revin (founded 1886 to present): earthenware ("porcelaine anglaise") with lead glaze and print polychrome chrysanthemum decoration. High back plate with profile framing and crowning leaf relief, the sink semicircular with two side shell-shaped soap dishes. Recesses for faucet and drain, holes for wall mounting. Manufactury stamp and model reference: E2248 on the back. Exceptionally decorative and typical for the period of French Belle Époque and early Art Nouveau.
