"BRONZES GUARANTEED AU TITLE PARIS" and "Pinedo". Émile Pinedo (1840-1916) - French artist who made his debut at the Paris Salon in 1870. He was born into a family of sculptors, his father was also an artist, they had an establishment in the Marais district of Paris. He became famous after the 1893 Chicago World's Fair, where he exhibited works in patinated bronze. Emile produced many works during his successful career, mostly in the style of Academicism and Realism and Orientalism. His favorite material was bronze. Height 47.5 cm, length 26 cm, depth 17 cm.
