Framed portrait of a clergyman, signed lower right Philippe Zacharie (1849-1915). Professor at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Rouen, medalist at the Salon of French Artists in 1883 and 1911. The Rouen museum preserves San Sebastian treated by Irène. He also executed various murals in the churches of Rouen.
