Superb and elegant writing table in walnut from the Louis XIV period. It rests on a turned base with balusters connected at their base by assembly dice to a molded and scalloped X-shaped crotch. The belt is composed of crosspieces fretted on the 4 sides and fitted with a drawer on the front. The tray is entirely covered with a period tapestry decorated with flowers and foliage surrounded by a walnut sheet. quality work entirely period and in perfect condition.
