Igor Talwinski was born in 1907 in Warsaw, Poland, and died in 1983 in Paris, in 1983. After the war, in 1945, Igor Talwinski moved to Paris, France.
Talwinski also exhibited solo exhibitions in London and New York.In 1976, the Paris council awarded him the Sliver* medal in Paris. In 1979, he graduated from "Vermeil".
