Large Bronze Lamp Base - Late 19th Century

Large patinated and natural bronze lamp base, on a triangular base flanked at the corners by three chimeras separated by three stylized acanthus leaves.
Circular stepped umbilicus decorated with interlacing, grooves and scale tiles, supporting a tapered fluted column at the base of stylized lotus petals extended by a circular binet capital covered with a chiseled cupule with scale tile decorations.
Topped with a conical lampshade covered with a red percale.
Completely revised electrification, wire, socket and bipolar switch in gold color, E 27 screw socket.
The electric wire passes outside the candlestick.
Protective varnish on natural bronze.
End of the 19th century.
