"Rio Rosewood Sideboard, Art Deco Period - 1930"
Superb Showcase Buffet from the 1930s in horizontal Rio Rosewood and Satinwood veneer. This curved furniture has two doors opening with offset brass lighters on the sides, and a glazed door encircled with brass and mounted on brass hinges as well. This central showcase with two glass shelves gives the possibility of highlighting beautiful pieces while allowing them to be protected. The two solid doors reveal a spacious storage space with shelves. The Satinwood interior brings an elegant finish to this rare sideboard. All locks and keys are original and in perfect working order. This shimmering piece of furniture is characterized in particular by its rounded sides underlined by a wooden element shaped with 6 grooves. The doors are also embellished with blackened wooden frames. This in-between sideboard rests on two rosewood elements decorated with protruding bands of solid brass, overhanging a plinth tapering at the ends and ending in a brass element. You will love this elegant sideboard, a perfect illustration of the charm of Art Deco furniture.
