Beautiful console with a crossbow front and curved sides, in gilded wood, molded and richly carved, the openwork belt decorated with asymmetrical rockwork, flowers, foliage, water leaves, shells, acanthus leaves, etc., standing on two console legs adorned with scrolls, lambrequins, acanthus leaves and water leaves, joined by a spacer decorated with acanthus leaves and shells (small accidents, usual restorations).Flanders red marble top (restored).
Work from the south of France, early Louis XV period.
Good condition.
