Very beautiful ink wash painted on the motif by our artist in 1943 which represents a view of the Normandy bocage. A small cow on the right which grazes quietly lets us imagine it. Finely executed, a very beautiful work with a particularly successful chiaroscuro contrast which gives a beautiful luminosity to the work. Signed "Michel Ciry" and dated 1943 "lower left. Presented under its beveled passe-partout and its original cardboard backing, it is highlighted by an old baguette of the time in gilded wood. Dimensions: Sheet : 18 x 26 cm Frame: 39 x 52 cm Very good condition. Very slight foxing in the upper part of the drawing.
