"Fanny Romanini (1777-1839) "young Woman In A Red Cap", Miniature On Ivory"
This large and perfect miniature portrait of a lady in a red cap, mounted in a beautiful original frame, comes from the famous collection of miniatures of Sigmund Mandl and it was illustrated in the important monograph by E.Lemberger (in German ) "Meisterminiaturen aus 5 Jahrhunderts", Stuttgart, 1911 . The miniature was executed by Fanny Romanini, an Italian miniaturist, listed in various lexicons, worked with her husband Antonio R. in Milan between 1822 and 1839. His miniatures are extremely rare on the art market.

Dimensions: diameter of the image 8.5 cm; framed diameter 14.5 cm.
Condition: the miniature is in very good condition, no cracks, splits or paint losses, the condition of the frame is overall good, there is a crack in the upper middle
