Beautiful pair of vases in green Estours marble and gilded bronze. Removable lids decorated with pine cones. Curved necks in openwork gilt bronze with finials and grains. Body with garlands of flowers and frieze of acanthus leaves, taken as rams' heads. Pedestals with nested laurel leaves and lictor fasces. Bases with curved angles and gilt bronze feet. Around 1880.
