Large antique brooch adorned with a portrait of a woman (perhaps the Queen of France Elisabeth of Austria) dressed in Renaissance fashion.
The brooch is embellished with pendants of ten diamonds and 5 turquoises.
The gold work and enamelling are of very high quality.
The miniature recalls the famous portrait of Elisabeth of Austria by François Clouet.
A jewel, of very beautiful dimensions, which could easily be transformed into a pendant.
