Large spanish ceramic dish, from Manises or Valence (the 1st attribution tends to be more and more frequently questioned for the 2nd)
Early 17th century
We will notice the platry particular shape with round elements hollow on the wing, and the central medallion very prominent in the manner of certain offering brass alms dishes.
Condition: Old restoration of a fel and use of the the central medallion enemail copperrreflection enamel, as visible in photos. The copper luster is superb and very shiny throughout the dish.
Sizes: 37cm diameter and 7cm depth. This dish is part of a collection of 5 similar large Spanish dishes with Hispano Moorish luster decoration
