Rare desk model including a retractable and adjustable lectern with racks. The scalloped and molded crosspieces on all four sides rest on large curved feet ending in acanthus leaves. Small lack in the back wand. Languedoc - Period: mid-eighteenth century. Provence: Private mansion of Montpellier.
