Breguet Pocket Watch With Quantiemes Gousset Solid Gold With Its Watch Chain

Large pocket watch called pocket watch, 50mm in diameter.
Triple dial including hours and minutes at 6 o'clock, seconds at 10 o'clock and dates at 2 o'clock, the whole is inscribed in a superb guilloché background on which emerges a cartel on which appears the name of the clockmaker BREGUET.
The hands are blued steel.
This watch comes from a Breton estate, it is functional but requires an overhaul, the spring and the balance wheel are ok, the previous owners never had it overhauled even though they had owned it for over 60 years... oils must be dry because it does not stop when it is on a hot radiator.
the watch alone weighs 81 grams, the chain is also in gold 18k and weighs 10 grams.
the into door is in brass.
Note that there are small indentations in the guillochage on the hours/minutes dial at 6 o'clock and the bail has some play.
