Large Gilt Bronze French Pendule, 1st Empire, The Ancient Arts flag

Object description :

"Large Gilt Bronze French Pendule, 1st Empire, The Ancient Arts"
Beautiful large clock coming, from a property near Montpellier. The facade is worthy of architecture, of harmonious proportions, crowned with lion, using Greco-Roman elements (columns, portico, pediment,) and puts itself at the service of the arts.
Two bees present in a column the Medals bearing the engraved names of Homer, Virgil, Phydias, Apelles, Cliomene and Raffael. Pediment with laureate face of beauty and two allegories; on base, Glory crowns the arts at her feet, which form an allegorical still life of painting, sculpture, architecture, perhaps medicine...
All this to decipher with a clear head.
Beautiful Parisian work, signed by Holfeld in Paris, it seems. Early 19th century, Empire or Restoration.
Good condition for gilt bronze part, as far as the wire movement is concerned, I don't know, I'm incompetent... There is one pendulum, but no  key.
Dimensions: 44cm x 21cm x 11cm. Weight: approximately 6kg, expensive for export, sorry.
