The body has a pierced decoration with two friezes of geometric motifs. The central part is decorated with ribboned laurel wreaths framed by Antic goddesses holding laurels and horns of plenty, symbols of prosperity, and garlands of flowers, fruits, vines, and foliage.
The two grips on either side has formed of overflowing cornucopias, a goat with a body formed of oak leaves, acanthus and foliage, completing the winding. The cup rests on four "claw" feet comprising the heads of Egyptians wearing nemes and framed by bat wings.
