1st millennium BC (more precisely -1000 to -650 ), Louristan bronze statue depicting 1 lying ibex
Very beautiful excavation patina: some rare red parts, green oxidations on most of its surface.
Sizes: 6cm height, 6cm length and 2cm width
Very interesting and pretty zoomorphic piece for archeology collection. The ibex is an animal often represented in LOuristan, frequent in particular in Yemeni mountains . (Please check my other Proantic pages for other bronzes with same subject and origin)
