Beautiful sculpture of a young man in Carrara marble by the artist Victor de Haen. Victor De Haen, born in Schaerbeek in 1866 and died in Brussels in 1934, is a sculptor from Brussels. Victor De Haen is the son of Jacques Philippe De Haen. He studied sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels from 1882 to 1892. A large number of his works can still be seen in the streets and parks of Brussels. Work signed V. de Haen and dated 1900 Grand Prix de Rome
