"Marcel-andré Bouraine (1886-1948) Large Terracotta Sculpture"
Large terracotta sculpture by Marcel-André Bouraine representing "Penthésiléa" the queen of the Amazons, in Greek mythology Sculptor very representative of the Art Deco period, he exhibited large statues at the 1937 Universal Exhibition in Paris. The original wooden bow is removable for transport. Beautiful patina, good condition Dimensions: L, 77cm H, 46cm and D, 20cm
