Member of the Salon d'Automne, the Salon of French Artists, National of Fine Arts. In 1947 he left for Tahiti in the footsteps of Gauguin. Méréville (Essonne) four monumental works. For the church of St Pierre de Méréville, the large six-meter cross carved hollow in an Iroko trunk weighing more than one ton (1970)
