Here is this large statue in carved and white lacquered wood dating from the 18th century (or before), representing the Virgin Mary. The wood seems to be larch or spruce which reminds me of a folk art statue from the Alps. Good general condition, 2 large wrought iron rings on the back, wear. Total height 93 cm, an apple is put on the photo for scale
