"The Gondreville Fair By Jacques Callot"
Beautiful etching by Jacques CALLOT (1592-1635) depicting "The Fair of Gondreville" (piece also called, "The Village Festival, The small fair, The country ball, the game of bowls"). This is a proof of the IVth state/IV (Lieure nr 561, Meaume nr 623). It measures (at sight) 18 x 32.5 cm (33.5 x 48 cm with its frame). It is in good condition ; there are some small restored tears. Free delivery in Paris possible.
