"Chest Of Drawers Stamped Ic Saunier, Crowned C Bronzes"
Exceptional chest of drawers in satin veneer with curved front, pinched uprights resting on small arched feet. It opens with four drawers in three rows. The bronzes are original and are finely chiseled and gilded, they all bear the crowned C hallmark, such as jagged falls, keyholes and fixed pull handles, important lamp base, rushes and openwork clogs. This important bronze trim gives a lot of character and elegance to our chest of drawers. NB: the hallmark with the crowned C was used from 1745 to 1749 end of the Regency period beginning of Louis XV
