THE FORESTIER (Georges). [Oil on panel, signed]. Dimensions: 398 x 317 mm + frame. Interesting post-expressionist composition depicting a religious building standing out against the golden hues of a cloudy sky. Signed ''Georges'' on the lower left margin then again signed on the reverse ''Georges Le Forestier''. Presented under frame. Work carried out circa 1950. Discreet scattered chips affecting the frame. Otherwise, very good condition.
