"Fellowship Knife - North America"
"Two hands clasped knife" or so-called "fraternization" knife with a beautiful bronze handle with a golden patina representing two hands clasping each other. The handle (or spindle) is made of bronze, the pommel is made of wood, the bowie type blade and the guard are made of steel. Good condition, the blade is blunt but still sharp. Knives of this type were exchanged as a form of brotherhood between the representatives of the American government and the Native American peoples, according to the motto of "Peace and friendship". This pattern is called in English “Two hands clasped”.
