"Former Banque De France Counter _ Mahogany Woodwork And Brass Elements _ 1920"
This set of solid mahogany woodwork built the remarkable counter of the Banque de France in Saint Malo at the beginning of the 19th century. It consists of a door and a gate in glass and brass, structured in the most beautiful way. The woodwork deploys a noble character thanks to the solid mahogany and the three pilasters that adorn it. The different elements are linked by brass pieces with simple and effective lines. This set can possibly take on a function similar to what it was in 1920, or be used in a singular way for an interior design project whose philosophy would be part of the reuse of old materials. In this spirit, do not hesitate to consult me, I can nurture ideas because I have made the reuse of materials a specialty for various decoration projects throughout France and elsewhere.
