From the collection of "Petits Classiques François", printed in 500 copies at the expense and by the care of Charles Nodier and N. Delangle with the characters of Jules Didot elder. Nodier gives us a useful and interesting notice in which he tells us of the doubts of certain bibliophiles as to the fact that the madrigals were the work of Madame de la Sablière who was known to have inspired La Fontaine.
