"Box Camille Tharaud"
This round box in Limoges porcelain was made by the workshops of Camille Tharaud. The decor of this box is original, it is a landscape, a subject little treated by Camille Tharaud. The box is signed on the reverse. Camille Tharaud is a French ceramist born in Limoges on April 20, 1878 and died on September 8, 1956. He is known for his porcelain works with decorations in frank and deep tones, soft to the touch, formed of melted colored enamel, made from granite pebbles from Limousin.
