French school depicting a landscape of Corrèze and more precisely a rock called "le Saut de la bergère" in Aubazine. Important oil on canvas signed lower right "Noël Boudy" and dated 1892. The frame bears a stamp of the 1893 Salon of the Society of French Artists ; the work and its title are mentioned in the illustrated catalogue. " Boudy was born on December 24, 1864 in Miliana in Algeria and died in Brive in 1902 " (1).
