"Alfred Janniot Drawing Odalisque"
Alfred Janniot (1889-1969) was the great sculptor of the 1930s, creator of large frescoes sculpted in low relief at the Palais de la Porte Dorée, at the Musée d'Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris drawing in sanguine and black chalk by an elongated odalisque seen from the back, signed lower left. It is framed in a stained oak frame and the sheet measures 29.5 x 37.5 cm
