19th century apothecary's grinding mortar in white porcelain. Grain mill type, well known, to obtain fine powdered flour. This mortar or "mill" was also to make the substance finer. This apothecary's utensil remains, to say the least, uncommon in pharmacies. In used condition, with small chips. Diameter 17 cm, height excluding handles 12 cm, weight 5.2 kg.
