Rare and huge 17th century ceramic cup representing St Peter bust holding Paradise keys

Orvieto (Tuscany, Italy)
Very thick and very heavy ceramic, like Lebrio plates made in South of Spain (the sponge decoration of the outline could confirm this attribution; on the other hand, religious thema with profile portrait of St Peter is very unusual

Dimensions: diameter 48.5cm !!! and height 8.5 cm
Condition: very good condition, a slight earthenware crack visible on the reverse only, original enamel retractions on border (please check photos)
