"Bronze Art Deco, "
Bronze proof with green patina, signed on the marble by the Belgian sculptor Alexandre Ouline (active from 1918 to 1940), entitled "Le Guetteur au Javelot". The subject represents a naked man, in a watch position, holding a spear in his hand. Her posture emphasizes her slender musculature, the gaze is attracted by the graceful curve of the different parts of her anatomy. The set rests on a rectangular black marble base, bearing a personalized plaque, which can be removed if necessary. The Artist was able to transcribe the vision of a man in a situation of vigilance, whose powerful body suggests a great capacity for action. An ode to the raw and virile beauty of the body, this work will undoubtedly charm you.
