Old oil painting on canvas representing the Virgin and Child with gilded and carved wooden frame. Mary is depicted according to classical iconography, holding Jesus in her arms. Jesus and the Madonna, both in the foreground, hold a bouquet of flowers in their hands, while the open window behind the figures gives depth to the whole composition. The splendid craftsmanship and the refined colors, obviously of the highest standard, in fact suggest the attribution to an author of great talent working in Lombardy in the second half of the 18th century.
