Here is a beautiful wax seal in cast iron, a Berlin eisen of good quality, which featuress a standing figure, ceremonial costume, carrying a cutting instrument against his cheek.
Base of seal, mounted in bronze, is engraved with a monogram, three intertwined letters.
Dimensions: 11cm x 4cm. weight: 233gr
Object of good quality, dating from 1840s, cast iron is blackened, monogram is careful and elegant ..... 
condition is quite good, lightly used, some wear and scratches .
