"Moustiers: Vegetable Dish Marquis Of Barthélemy"
Beautiful vegetable dish with scalloped shapes from the 18th century, originally from Moustiers-Sainte-Marie. Oblong in shape, slightly ribbed, blue decor on a white background. The lid has a pear-shaped grip knob, enamel chip at the top. Chips visible on the edge of the lid as well as the vegetable dish and its handles, tiny crack in the bottom (indicated by an arrow). The two pieces are decorated with a blue net around the edge and each bear two oval coats of arms in the Louis XV style surrounded by a plant decoration and surmounted by a marquisal crown, the symbols of the house are an animated sun radiating above a rocky peak. Note: shiny enamel that even reflects the lighting of the photo studio (my photographic skills are limited). Delivery: €10 for metropolitan France.
